The Pre-Evolution Brief ensures technical delivery is on schedule and to the satisfaction of the customer. It also ensures the team understands the tasks, the delivery schedules, and each member’s responsibility to deliver the tasks.
Trip Wires are put into place to track the progress of the tasks. This ensures any potential issues are identified early in the process and provide course corrections before schedule becomes “at risk.”
A Hotwash is completed to ensure lessons learned are captured to improve any future iterations of the tasks at the successful completion of each project.
